Lat Pulldown Machine
Sit up straight on a pull-down machine. Grasp the handles (palm facing forward).
Keep your chest up, pull the handles down and squeeze your shoulder blades in and down. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
Note: Do not shrug your shoulders.
