Lateral Jump Over with a Landmine Barbell Rotation

Stand tall on a step board. Hold one end of the barbell up in front of you with straight arms. The other end is supported on the floor in a landmine equipment or in a corner.

Take a step down to one side and lower the barbell to the same side.
Push back up and accelerate the barbell over to the other side as you take a step on and over the step board.
