Lateral raise with weight – elbows bent (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Tuck your elbows into your sides with a dumbbell in each hand and your palms facing inwards.
When ready, keep your elbows bent and lift your arms out to your side to shoulder height.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
Required equipment: Dumbbell, Weights, free, Wheelchair
