Lateral Step Up V1

Stand with an exercise bench or box on your right side. Step onto the bench with your right leg.
Lift your left leg. Shift all of your weight to your right foot and use your core to pull your left leg up. Continue lifting until your hips and shoulders are even, and you’re standing tall, just with your left foot hovering in the air. With controlled motion, lower your left foot back to the ground. Bend your right knee to lower your left foot smoothly.

Repeat with the left leg.
