Stand with a table in front of you.
You may wish to place a pillow between your waist and the table for comfort.
Rest your upper torso over the table with your waist resting on the edge.
Keep your toes on the floor and allow your knees to bend.
When ready, relax and feel the stretch into your lower back.
Allow gravity to pull down through your legs.
Stay in this position for a duration as instructed by your practitioner.
To increase the stretch, reach forwards with your arms across the table.
