Lower the shoulder and pull it backwards, lift straight arm outward to the side, palm facing forward, wrist bent back and deviated to the thumb side.

Bend the wrist back and forth.

The exercise should be performed painlessly.
The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
