Median nerve glide - GHjt flex/ext, wrist flex/ext

Stand up straight with your gaze directly ahead.
Hold your affected arm by your side, palm facing forward.
Lengthen your neck, taking your shoulder from your ear.
Extend your wrist backwards, while simultaneously moving your arm backwards.
Keep your elbow straight and your head still throughout this movement.
When you begin to feel a stretch, bring your arm forwards and through, bending your wrist in the same direction.
Stop around shoulder height.
Repeat the sequence in one fluid movement.
