Stand up straight sideways to a wall with your affected arm closest.
Turn your palm to face the wall and lift your arm out to the side.
With your elbow straight, place your palm against the wall.
Your inner wrist and forearm should be facing the ceiling.
Holding this position, tilt your head away from the wall until you feel a slight stretch in your arm.
Return your head to the neutral position and then repeat, keeping the movement fluid.
