Medicine Ball Chest Throw Standing on Wobble Board

Stand with feet shoulder width apart on a wobble board, with your core muscles tight and the ball held at chest height.
Now bounce the ball off the wall and catch it just in front of your chest.
Hold the ball as if performing a basketball pass, and keep control of the ball and maintaining a rigid core.
