Mobilising with walker - without prothesis (adaptive - BKA)

Stand upright holding the handles of a walker and ensure you have your balance.
Push the walker forward by approximately one foot.
When ready, hop with your sound limb no further than the back of the walker.
Ensure you travel forward and that you don't pull the walker to you.
Continue this sequence, maintaining an upright posture.
