Mountain climber with stability ball - Version 3

Start on your forearms and toes, forearms on a stability ball.
Shoulders aligned above elbows.
Lengthen and align your body through the heels to the top of your head.
Hold your position, while bringing one knee towards the ball.
Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
