Neck side flexion - Alternating (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Sit upright and pull your shoulders back with your neck long.
When ready, tilt your head to bring your ear towards your shoulder.
Try to avoid your opposite shoulder lifting where possible.
Return to the start position, and repeat in the opposite direction
