Perform this exercise with your prosthetic limb.
Sit on the floor with your legs bent and feet on the floor.
Hold a medicine ball on your lap and safely secure it to your prosthetic limb.
Lean your upper body backward, keeping your back long and your heels on the floor.
Rotate your upper body from side to side, bringing the medicine ball close to the floor by your hips whilst following with your eyes.
Make sure you keep your back long throughout this movement.
