Overhead Banded Pull Apart
Sit upright in your chair.
Wrap a resistance band around your firsts under tension.
When ready, lift your arms above your head with your palms facing forward.
Next, pull your hands apart under the tension on the band.
Return to the start position in a controlled manner.
Repeat.
