Overhead Pull Version 1

Lie on your back, with your head near the edge of the table or bench. Hips and knees are bent to 90 degrees.

Hold a weight above your chest with slightly bent arms. Lower the weight over your head, keeping your elbows locked, and pull back up.

Note: Keep your trunk tight and your lower back against the table.
