Overhead reach with towel

Lie on your back with your arms extended towards the ceiling holding a rolled towel in your hands. You can intensify the exercise by placing a rolled towel under your back between your shoulder blades.

Move your arms over your head towards the floor. Slow the movement down by engaging your abdominal muscles. Keep your shoulders down. Slowly repeat the movement.
