Passive fingers flexion - full fist
Use one hand to bend the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger of your other hand.
Make sure all three joints of your fingers are bent.
Aim to have the tip of your fingers touching the inside of your knuckles.
Hold, and then relax.
