Passive Knee Flexion Stretch in Kneeling with Pillows

Start in high kneeling and place pillows over your lower legs. Fewer pillows results in a greater stretch, so progressively decrease the number of pillows to increase the stretch.

Sit hips back onto legs with the pillows over them and feel the stretch in your knees and front thighs.
