Passive lumbar spine extension with side flexion
Lie down on your front.
Place your hands under your shoulders and then push yourself up so that your chest is off the floor but your hips remain in contact with the floor.
Now push more firmly with one hand so that you are leaning backwards and out to the side a little.
Hold and then ease off the extra pressure in this hand and push up with the other.
Relax and then repeat.
