Pelvic floor - Standing hip adduction
In standing, step one leg out to the side.
Keep your weight over to one side and lean forwards as you bend your weight-bearing leg at the knee.
Squeeze and lift your pelvic floor as you pull your outstretched leg back towards the midline, pressing the foot into the floor to create resistance as you come back up to standing.
