Keep your legs hips distance apart.
Focus on steady breathing throughout this exercise.
To lengthen your pelvic floor, breathe in while bearing down on your pelvic floor as if you are passing wind or urine. You should feel a gentle opening or stretch in your pelvic floor.
As you breathe out, relax.
Breath in and repeat this movement.
