Pelvic lift with hip adduction - legs elevated
Start by lying on your back on the floor with your legs bent and lifted on an exercise ball.
A small ball is placed between your knees and your arms rest on the floor by your sides.
Slightly squeeze the small ball between your legs and use your buttock muscles to lift your pelvis off the floor and straighten your hips.
Return to the starting position.
Required equipment: Ball - large, Stability Ball, Mat, Ball - small
