Pelvic standing rotation

Stand in front of the table with both knees bent and hands flat on the table.
Keep your gaze horizontal throughout this exercise. 
Start a circular motion in your pelvis using your legs.
As you bend one leg, drop your hip down slightly to this side.
Rotate your pelvis out behind you, transferring the weight through your legs as you go, and softening the other leg.
Roll your pelvis around the front, tightening with your tummy muscles, until you complete the circle with your pelvis.
Continue this movement before you change directions.
