Peroneal nerve mobilisation long sitting - level 1

Sit up straight with both of your legs bent.
You may want to tuck your unaffected leg underneath you.
Straighten your affected leg out, turn your foot inwards.
Bend your leg back in towards you, relaxing your foot.
Repeat the motion, gently tensing and relaxing your nerve.
