Lie face down on the mat.
Bend your knees and reach down to your ankles with your hands.
Hold onto your ankles and keep your thighs slightly off the floor.
INHALE: simutanenuosly lift your head, chest and legs upwards, reaching to the ceiling.
EXHALE: lower your body down, back to the starting position.
Repeat.
Open your chest widely on the way up and keep your head aligned with the spine.
Reach with your feet towards the ceiling as you lift your legs.
