Pilates roll down with push ups

Stand upright with your spine in the neutral position and your feet hip-width apart.
Let your arms relax along the sides of your body.
INHALE: lengthen your spine.
EXHALE: roll down all the way to the floor and walk hands forward to the Front Support position.
INHALE: bend your elbows and perform push up.
EXHALE: extend your elbows and walk your hands back and curl up at the top, articulating your spine.
Perform the instructed number of push-ups.
Keep your elbows tight by the sides of your body while performing the push-up.
Keep your Front Support position stable without arching your low back.
Maintain your abdominals engaged throughout the exercise.
