Sit in a balance position on the mat with your body in a ball shape.
Open your knees and wrap your arms under your legs so your hands are grasping your feet.
Make sure your knees are opened wide but your feet remain together.
INHALE: roll back and clap your feet together 3 times.
EXHALE: roll up to a starting position and clap your feet together 3 times.
Maintain the consistent "C" curve of your body throughout and keep a nice flow and good movement control during the exercise.
