Plank on Bosu, trunk twist

Place a Bosu on the floor on its rounded side.
Place your hands near the outside edge of the flat side of the Bosu and lift your body up into a press-up position.
You should have a straight line from your shoulders to your heels and your shoulders should be over your hands.
Holding this strong position through your body, bend one leg, bringing the knee in and across towards your opposite elbow.
Your body will rotate with this movement, but ensure your do not lose your stability in the middle.
Lower this leg back down and repeat on the other side.
