Pregnancy tricep bias push-up on wall

Stand up straight facing a wall.
Make a triangle between both of your thumbs and index fingers and place them at head height on the wall.
Tighten your pelvic floor and lower stomach muscles.
Keeping your body straight, bend your elbows slowly lowering yourself in towards the wall.
Push back up to your starting position.
