Prone back extension on a stability ball

Lie down with your upper thighs and pelvis over a fitness ball with your toes on the floor.
Hold the dumbbells in your hands.
Move down slowly bending from your trunk, and then return back upright until your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles are aligned.
