Prone cervical retraction with rotation
Lie on your front with your head facing straight down.
You may wish to rest your forehead on a small folded towel.
Tuck your chin in and lift your head away from the bed, making sure you do not extend your neck.
Keeping your gaze straight down will help you to prevent this.
Maintaining your chin tuck, turn your head one way and then the other.
Continue this movement at a steady speed.
Required equipment: Towel, Adjustable plinth/bed
