Prone extension on vibration plate

Lie face down on a vibration plate so that your abdomen and hips are well supported.
Reach your arms behind you, clasping your hands together in the small of your lower back.
Continuing to face the floor, lift your head and chest, as well as your legs, up towards the ceiling.
You should feel the muscles along your neck, back, and glutes working.
Hold for the required amount of time and then relax.
