Prone hip lateral rotation - Control pelvis movement

Lie on your stomach and place a pillow under your hips and pelvis.
Contract your abdominal muscles and bend your knee to 90 degrees.
Let your lower leg move inward toward the other leg by rotating in your hip joint while keeping your pelvis still.
Stop the motion when your pelvis starts to move.
Return to the starting position.
To monitor your pelvis place your fingers under the pelvis or your hands on your buttocks.
