Prone lying with lumbar extension hip flexor stretch (Adaptive bilateral lower limb amputee)
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthetic limbs.
Lay on your front with your hands resting beside your head.
When ready, push up onto your forearms.
You should feel a gentle stretch into the front of your thighs.
Hold this position as advised.
