Prone scapula retractions with arm lifts

Lie on your front with your arms by your side and your palms facing downwards.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down and then lift your arms an inch off the floor.
Hold and then slowly relax.
Note a weight can be added to your hands to increase the difficulty of this exercise.
