Prone Shoulder Internal Rotation with Dumbbell

Lying face down, place a rolled towel under your upper arm. Position your forearm off the bed with your elbow at a right angle. Hold a weight.

Move your hand back bringing the weight up towards the ceiling with the palm of your hand facing up. Think of keeping your shoulder gently drawn into the shoulder socket.
