Prone shoulder row, single arm
Lie on your front with the arm to be exercised over the edge of the bed.
Hold a weight in your hand.
Start with your arm dangling straight down, and then squeeze your shoulder blades together, bringing your elbow up towards the ceiling.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Dumbbell, Adjustable plinth/bed
