Prone shoulder rows (bilateraly) - version 2

Lie on your front with both arms over the edge of the bed, holding a weight in each hand.
Start with your arms straight down, then squeeze your shoulder blades together, bringing your elbows up towards the ceiling.
Hold this position and return to the starting position.
