Lie on your stomach, arms out to the side.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then inhale and raise your arms off the ground.
Move your arms up over your head, then control your arms to the ground and then relax your shoulder blades.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then inhale and raise your arms off the ground.
Move your arms down by your hips, then control your arms to the ground and then relax your shoulder blades.
Repeat this movement, up to your head and down to your hips, for the required number of repetitions.
