Quadruped/ Four-Point Kneeling Arm Extension

Go onto your hands and knees in shallow water (about 50 - 80 cm deep) with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips as much as possible without lifting your pelvis or shoulders out of the water. Slowly lift one arm up to the surface as you maintain glute and abdominal activation.
