Quadruped Hip Flexion

Start on your hands and knees with weight evenly distributed.
Push back with your arms and take your bottom towards your heels.
Drop your chest towards your knees and gently stretch your head towards the floor.
Hold this position if advised for the specified duration. Continue to breath throughout.
Return to hands and knees. Repeat.
