Quadruped Lifting Opposite Arm and Leg

Start on hands and knees, weight evenly distributed.
Stretch one arm in front of you and the opposite leg behind you.
Keep your shoulders and hips level.
Hold the position for the specified duration if advised.
Continue to breath throughout this exercise.
Return arm to floor followed by leg.
Repeat to other side.
