Reactive agility – change of direction – acceleration / deceleration – fan drill - forward and backwards run with reach

Place five cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Stand next to cone one facing forwards, light on your toes.
Your assistant will call out cone numbers at random for you to react to.
Upon command, run forwards to touch the instructed cone, then run backwards to touch cone one.
Pause and repeat.
