Reclined cable machine row
Place the pulley in a high position and grasp the handle with both hands.
Slowly sit down on a bench in a slightly reclined position with feet on the floor.
Maintain a good posture and contact with the bench, pull the handle in towards your chest.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
Repeat for required number of repetitions.
