Relaxed diaphragmatic breathing

Lie on your back with one pillow under your head and another underneath your knees.
Place one hand on the top part of your chest and one hand just below your ribs on your stomach.
Slowly breathe in through your nose, feeling your stomach gently pushing out against your hand.
Breathe out gently, allowing the air to flow out of your lungs.
Feel your stomach fall away from your hand.
Make sure that the top of your chest stays still during this exercise.
