Resisted Ankle Dorsiflexion

Sit in a chair with one leg out straight and your foot/ankle supported on a box (or another chair).
Attach one end of a resistance band to a stable support (for instance, a table leg) and place the other end around your foot.
Keeping your foot stable, bend your ankle, bringing your toes back toward your knee.
Hold the end position if specified.
Return to the starting position via a controlled movement. Repeat.
