Resisted bilateral shoulder horizontal abduction

Sit upright in front of the resistance band with the handles adjusted at your shoulder height.
Loop the handles in both arms just above your elbows.
Slowly bring your arms out to the side keeping your elbows bent.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down towards your buttock.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
