Resisted eccentric wrist ulnar deviation

Start in a seated position.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist hanging over the edge, palm facing down, and wrist bent towards the little finger.
Wrap the band around your hand, holding then ends.
Gently pull the band taught with your other hand, keeping your hand in the same position.
Control the movement as you slowly move your hand back to the neutral position.
