Resisted forearm pronation - slow eccentric phase

Sit upright in a chair with your arms by your sides.
Bend your elbow and hold your palms facing up.
Hold the band taut in your hands.
The band should wrap around the back of your hand, and around the outside to your palm.
Turn your affected hand so your palm faces the floor, stretching the band.
Control the movement as you turn your palm to face the ceiling again.
