Resisted front raise (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Attach one end of a resistance band to your residual limb securely.
Hold the other end of the resistance band in your sound hand.
Stand with your feet together on the middle section of the band to anchor it, with your arms by your sides.
When ready raise your arms forward to shoulder height.
Keep your arms straight and your back long.
Lower your arms back to the start position in a controlled manner.
